The Perfect Morning
Catherine Zeta-Jones needs to start her day off right, and she does that with a powerful morning routine. To begin her day, the Chicago star lights candles, soothing her senses with their soft aroma. Once fully awake, the actress heads downstairs for a jog on her treadmill or a quick workout using her elliptical. She also does some basic weightlifting to get her muscles juiced.
Before dealing with any business related to her lifestyle brand, Casa Zeta-Jones, the 51-year-old beauty makes sure to touch base with her family in Europe and England. Because of the time difference, she needs to get her daily phone calls done before her family goes to sleep – this routine keeps her happy and fit. A win-win!
A Good Cup Of Coffee
To ensure her day is just right, Catherine Zeta-Jones eats a filling breakfast. She likes to eat three hearty meals each day. It doesn’t hurt that she has her husband and kids around for large family gatherings at each meal!
Her breakfast is truly that of champions. Though it changes with the seasons, during the winter months she has a bowl of porridge with banana, brown sugar, and berries nearly every morning. After daylight saving, Catherine switches her first meal to nonfat Greek yogurt with berries and granola.
“I always eat breakfast,” Catherine admitted to The Wall Street Journal. “I’m not one of those people who can skip it. I have a go-to breakfast that happens every day.”

Though Catherine would love to chomp on desserts all the time, the brunette beauty makes sure she eats clean for almost every meal. Her “real” foods include fruits, vegetables, and anything else that doesn’t contain the word “fried” or “chocolate-dipped.” She claims she “has to” keep healthy, which means eating well 90 percent of the time. Still, Catherine doesn’t deny herself sweets every once in a while.
Catherine did admit that “when I get really old, I’m going to start taking a lot of vitamins because I only want to be able to eat dessert for the rest of my life. I only actually eat real food because I have to right now. My dream is to only eat desserts, ever. It’s a goal.” It seems a good sense of humor is one way Catherine stays gorgeous!
Natural beauty isn’t always natural. It seems Catherine Zeta-Jones is no stranger to supplementing her nutrients from other sources. Though three hardy meals per day are a great way to stay strong and healthy, obtaining a near-perfect figure requires the “next-level.”
“I try and get as many nutrients in as possible,” the Prodigal Son actress explained. This means supplementing her diet with Vitamin D and Vitamin B, as well as a “plethora” of others. It’s no wonder her skin is always glowing.

In a recent Instagram post, Catherine Zeta-Jones showed off all her hard work in a video showcasing her yacht yoga. Her fancy yoga moves are an obvious reason for her consistent beauty, even at 51.
“Easy like Sunday morning,” Catherine captioned her post. In the video, the actress is rocking a black one-piece swimsuit, which shows off her curves and almost all of her back. Her impressive body matches the impressive yoga moves, which she does with ease. The post has plenty of support from friends and fans alike, with many mentioning how flawless the actress looks at 51-years-old.
“Goals,” makeup artist, Linda Hay, wrote on the post. Hundreds of others shared the love, mentioning how inspiring the actress is. It seems her list of healthy habits is working.
