Britney Spears took to Instagram on Thursday and shared some weight loss news with fans. The singer said that she has started to see some definition in her abs and shared a video of her dancing. The singer looked happy expressing herself on screen.

She captioned her post and said, “Well … for the love of God I finally see some definition in my abs 😳 !!!! It’s nice to finally see some results !!!!”

Fans everywhere want to know the popstar’s secret for getting such an amazing body. The answer? Her fiancé, Sam Asghari!

Since quarantine, the couple has been working out together and apparently those workouts have given the popstar a newfound confidence.

Sam has a fitness and diet program that helped many people stay fit during quarantine. Earlier in the year, Britney gushed about her new fiancé’s success and said, “Grateful to have @samasghari to stay in shape with!!!!!” she captioned a video of them exercising. “So proud of him having a fitness program to keep people in shape while they stay home. Couples that workout together stay together.”

In another recent post, Britney shared a photo of herself in a peach shirt and commented on the fact that she’s lost some weight. The singer said that because of the weight loss she had to edit some of the photos.

According to Sam, the couple had a very strict workout routine during quarantine. The fitness guru told Page Six some of the moves including, mountain climbers on a bosu ball, front raises with light dumbbells, lateral raises, planks to push-ups, shoulder taps from push-up positions, bosu ball pushups, squat jumps and jumping jacks.

Does Britney Spears have any diet tips? The main thing is to eat clean foods. But that doesn’t mean she doesn’t cheat every once and a while. Some of her favorite snacks include high-protein foods like soy chips and yogurt with fruit.

While her diet works for her, Britney Spears said that she is aware that different people have different ways of keeping their body in shape. She said, “We all have our own ways to work on our bodies and I respect that cause we all should,” she said. “I just hope I don’t see an @innout burger anytime soon.”

In one post, she wrote, “What is it with consultations for body improvements ???? Is it me or is anybody else offended by these experiences … maybe I’m extremely sensitive … either way I would rather fall off a cliff than have a doctor tell me what he thinks is wrong with my body image … lesson learned!!!! Psss kiss my white ass,” alongside a topless photo of herself.
