Did Jennifer Aniston go under the knife? Or has she simply used Botox and fillers to give her that fresh look the last few years? The last few days, as the Friends cast has appeared on interviews promoting the HBO Max Reunion Special, the gorgeous 52-year-old has stunned with her timeless beauty. But did she get help? The short answer is: kind of.
Jen has been plagued with rumors for years that she has gotten all sorts of plastic surgery: a nose job, breast implants, you name it. But the reality is that Jen’s flawless face comes from Botox, a healthy diet and a great skincare regime. Not a facelift!
In fact, Jennifer Aniston prefers to keep her beauty regimen as simple as possible. “There is this pressure in Hollywood to be ageless,” she complained in a 2014 interview.
In the same interview she insisted that she’s not getting Botox, but many plastic surgeons who have looked at photos beg to differ. As for her nose, In 2007 she sat down for an exclusive interview with People magazine, and she admitted to have a rhinoplasty done for medical reasons.
Jen also told Conan O’Brien that she has gotten laser peels, which help create a youthful appearance through extreme exfoliation. As for her chiseled chin and sharp jaw, those are just in her genes.
Jennifer Aniston has said that she is “pretty happy with what God gave [her].” In the People interview, she insisted yet again that her boobs are real. “As boring as it sounds, it’s still mine. All of it. Still mine,” she said. Inside sources tell us that’s, in fact, true.
So besides the few shots of Botox here and there, Jen’s real secret is a vibrating bar that tones, lifts, and contours. She told Vogue she swears by Jillian Dempsey’s Gold Sculpting Bar. Others say it is also great for reviving tired, puffy skin around the eyes. To soothe inflamed skin and tighten Jen Aniston uses cryo face rollers.
The gorgeous Friends star is also known for clean eating, which makes her skin glow. “When I wake up, I have warm lemon water and then I have a shake or avocado and eggs, which is one of my favorites,” she told Elle magazine. “I sprinkle a little coconut oil on that. Sometimes, I’ll have a puffed millet cereal with a banana or I’ll do oatmeal with an egg white whipped in at the end.”
So if you want to look as stunning as Brad Pitt’s ex-wife it may not be as easy as taking a trip to the derm’s office. If you eat healthy, you’ll look healthy – even at 52!
