Jill Santom might be preparing to renovate her bathroom — or at least to buy some blinds. In a series of videos posted to the social media platform TikTok, the Tennessee mom came to the horrifying realization that the frosted glass window in her bathroom might have been a bad idea.

The hilarious saga began last week, when Jill worried that neighbors could see her in the shower.

His commitment to “fake showering” is impressive 💀

“I felt like people could see me even though it’s frosted glass,” she wrote in the first post. “So I asked my husband to pretend he’s showering so I could see.”

Everything seemed okay at this point — Jill probably felt she could rest assured when her husband appeared only as a blurry silhouette.

Jill Santom Accidentally Flashed Her Neighbors

But in the comments section of the video — which has garnered millions of views —  other TikTok users clamored for a view of the window during daylight hours.

Two days later, Jill obliged in a post she subtitled “Part 2: Creepy Shower Window.”

Part2: I didn’t think it was that bad when I originally posted. 😳

“So I need to give the people what they wanted, which is a daytime view of this window,” she said. “So, let’s take a look!”

That’s when Jill realized she had been accidentally flashing her neighbors.

“Well, today we’ve got my daughter up there, instead of my husband,” she said, panning to the frosted glass window where it was plain to see that her daughter was wearing a white shirt and dark jeans.

“That is really clear,” she admitted with a sigh.

Jill noted that the window is “not in the front of [her] house,” but with the angle at which the home sits, it might as well be. The side of the home with the frosted glass window is on display for almost the whole street — much to Jill’s embarrassment.

“So… the window has spoken,” she wrote. “Night time showers are better.”

Jill hasn’t said how long the window has been there — or if she tends to take showers during daylight hours — but thankfully, she’s managed to see the humor in the situation.

The ‘Naked Neighbor’

Fortunately, Jill Santom appears to be taking it all in stride — and if her neighbors have complained about the flashing, she hasn’t posted anything on TikTok about it yet.

The creepy frosted glass window might be the best thing that’s ever happened to the Tennessee mom’s TikTok numbers, and it’s certainly given her no shortage of content ideas.

Just one day after realizing she’d been flashing the whole neighborhood, Jill posted a video calling herself the “unintentional naked neighbor.”

“If you don’t know who the naked neighbor is in your neighborhood, it’s probably you,” she wrote.

In a video posted the next day, Jill took the time to remind her TikTok followers to be mindful of their bathroom windows — advice she probably wishes she’d received before her hilarious realization.

“Don’t be the #naked neighbor,” she captioned the video, in which she shut the blinds in the windows of each of her home’s bathrooms.

The video closed with a shot of the infamous frosted glass window in her shower that started it all.

“Urgent to do: GET BLINDS,” Jill wrote.

Any Requests?

After deciding to see the humor in it all, Jill Santom’s been busy fulfilling requests for her growing TikTok following.

In one video, Jill had her husband perform a viral dance through the “creepy” bathroom window.

In another, he recreated an iconic scene from James Cameron’s Titanic at the suggestion of one of her followers.

Hopefully Jill and her husband get some blinds soon, if only for their neighbors’ sake!
