Tara Jayne McConachy is starting to look terrifying. After countless plastic surgery procedures, the freaky looking OnlyFans model now has an E-cup with a 95-pound body. Australian surgeons are very concerned that the Melbourne resident has taken things too far. All the surgeons she’s spoken to have decided to cut her off and ban any further surgeries.

The Instagram model and OnlyFans star is set to appear on Todd Sampson’s new documentary series Mirror Mirror, which focuses on the abnormal beauty standards in modern society. Tara Jayne, who is known for her addiction to plastic surgery, was interviewed for the documentary. Tara’s huge chest and tiny waist are a perfect example of the unrealistic standards in today’s society.

According to the 32-year-old model, she had her “first cosmetic procedure” when she was 21 years old. That breast enlargement surgery “was a birthday present from [her] father.” Since that first surgery, Tara Jayne has spent around $200,000 on four additional “boob jobs.” She explained that she “currently [has] 1050 cubic centimeter implants, along with 410mls of silicone implanted into my butt.”

The model is barely recognizable but continues to transform her looks. Tara said that despite being banned from getting plastic surgery in Australia she still gets them done in Europe. The surgeons there are “happy” to take her money. However, since the pandemic, Tara has had to put surgeries on pause for a while.

She told reporters that “for me, each time I have a procedure I get a feeling. I hate to use the word addict, but it is very addictive. I’m not hurting anyone else, so I can’t see what the problem is.”

Tara Jayne’s scary appearance was spotlighted in an episode of Botched, where she told fans that she can’t leave home without a security guard because “people constantly approach me, from marriage proposals to just wanting selfies.” During the episode, Tara Jayne tried to get her breast implants upgraded from 540cc to 1050cc.

In the Botched episode, Dr. Terry Dubrow and Dr. Paul Nassif refused to do the treatment, explaining that she was way too skinny to undergo surgery. Her dangerously low body weight could be detrimental to her health as it is, let alone under anesthesia. Paul told her that “you’ve gotta gain some weight because I’m worried about your health.”

Though she didn’t get her desired upgrades on Botched, Tara Jayne did end up with her 1050cc implants, having gone elsewhere for the procedure. And she wants to go bigger.

In a trailer for Channel 10’s Mirror Mirror documentary, Tara Jayne can be heard telling the director that she “just [wants] to look like an edited photo in real life.” She continued, admitting that she is “thinking of getting my boobs bigger as well.”

Following her addiction to plastic surgery, Tara says she will continue to get additional nips and tucks. She admitted that “I know I look different, but I just don’t care what anyone else thinks. It’s my body, and it’s my choice.” Tara “loves her plastic doll vibe.”

According to the Instagram model, the rundown of her cosmetic procedures includes five breast augmentations, a nose job, butt implants, veneers, Botox, and fillers, among others. She also maintains her plump lips which she claimed is her “statement” feature.

All those cosmetic procedures have paid off, though. Tara Jayne joined OnlyFans last September and so far she’s made bank. She told reporters that “so far it has been a very smart move. I made $10,000 in the first three days of making my account active.”

Tara called herself “Australia’s limited-edition Barbie doll” and her 134,000 Instagram followers can’t get enough.
