Piers Morgan took to Twitter to bash Prince Harry, yet again, after seeing his new interview with Oprah. This time the 56-year-old broadcaster complained about Prince Harry’s comments about the Royal Family, calling Meghan Markle’s husband “pathetic and cowardly.

In the docuseries The Me You Can’t See, Prince Harry opens up with Oprah about the way his family treated him outside of the public eye. “Towards my late 20s, everything became really hectic for me, but to the point of exhaustion,” Harry said wearily. “I was traveling all over the place because, you know, from the family’s perspective, I guess I was the person who like ‘we need someone to go there. Nepal, Harry, you go.”’

Piers Morgan took the comment as a personal attack. He called the prince out on Twitter: “Oh FFS. Is there no end to Prince Privacy’s victimhood tour? Constantly abusing his family, knowing they can’t respond, is so pathetic & cowardly. Man up, Harry – and shut up.” Morgan went on to emphasize how the Royal Family is unable to respond to Harry’s confession.

These comments come days after Piers Morgan attacked Prince Harry for talking about America’s First Amendment. On Dax Shepard and Monica Padman’s “Armchair Expert” podcast, Harry spoke a bit about the constitution and how it can make living with paparazzi tough.

“I don’t want to start sort of going down the First Amendment route because that’s a huge subject and one in which I don’t understand because I’ve only been here a short period of time,” Harry shared on the podcast. “But, you can find a loophole in anything. And you can capitalize or exploit what’s not said rather than uphold what is said.”

Piers Morgan expressed his outrage by slamming the Prince with his own opinion. “The First Amendment is one of the things I most admire about the United States, especially coming from a country like Britain where free speech for journalists like me is now heavily regulated,” Morgan said. “Like so much of the absurd Meghan-inspired psychobabble that spews out of [Harry’s] mouth, none of this makes any sense, and he clearly doesn’t understand what he’s saying either.”

The regulations that Morgan refers to are what he experienced on Good Morning Britain after bashing Meghan Markle for years. When he mocked the Duchess for having “suicidal thoughts”, Morgan’s co-presenter Susanna Reid called him “unsympathetic“. He eventually left the show, claiming that he was unable to speak freely.

Since leaving, Piers Morgan has expressed public skepticism about everything Prince Harry and Meghan Markle do. Morgan was quick to question Megan Markle’s experience of racism within the royal family, calling her a “delusional duchess on the make (who) wants to make millions – hundreds of millions off her royal titles whilst trashing the royal family and everything it stands for.”

Piers Morgan’s recent attack on Prince Harry comes as no surprise, but it does show that Piers Morgan’s speech is hardly as regulated as he seems to believe it to be.
